Valentine's day is approaching and we don't know about you but we're out of gift ideas. We both love a good DIY project so we rounded up 5 that we think would make great gifts! Most of them are inexpensive and you'll most likely have everything you need at home.

Bath Bombs

This one requires a little more work but is definitely worth it if you have most products at home or don't mind spending a little more money. You can make them in a muffin tin, ice cube trays or you can even purchase a ball ornament mold to achieve the Lush bath bomb look. (Get it here) It's a great gift for the person you know loves to soak in baths weekly. You can even add a little, "You're the bomb" card attached to it. Everyone loves a good Valentine's day pun!

Easy, delicious and always a pleasure to receive. Make your favorite brownie recipe and decorate it with anything valentine's related because let's face it, everything tastes better when it has sprinkles or hearts on it. Bonus points if it's heart shaped! I also found some really cute tags that you can print out and attach to your baked goods. You can find them here.

Coupon Book

This is a classic and fun gift to receive! Be mindful of who you give it to, considering the different tasks you will have to comply to. I have a link to a beautiful printable coupon book made by Kristen and you can get it here. You can customize your coupons which makes it great for kids and couples!

If you have sowing skills and a considerable amount of time on your hands, this could definitely be one of the best DIY gifts ever. This DIY is on Youtube, made by The Sorry Girls and you can watch it here. It's relatively easy and definitely original! Also, check out their videos they have great DIYs and they all make great gifts.

This is a great idea if you don't want to spend a lot of money because valentine's day isn't about the big extravagant gifts, it's about letting people know you love them! There are so many cards you can make yourself including this one which i'm in love with. You can find the tutorial here.

We hope you now feel inspired to make your own gifts to your loved ones! Let us know which one was your favorite DIY, or post links to your favorite ones or ones you'd love to try :)
