FIRST AID BEAUTY REVIEW

For Christmas I was given the First Aid Beauty holiday gift set and I was excited because I had been eyeing the brand for a while now. First Aid Beauty is perfect for treating any kind of sensitive skin from eczema, dermatitis and dry, flaky skin. The products are FDA-approved and don't contain harsh chemicals and, best of all, they don't test on animals.  I gave myself a month to really test out the products and decided to give you a review!

I have very sensitive and dry skin and it gets pretty gross in colder months and these products made my skin crisis a little more bearable.

This has been something I have been reaching for a lot. The moisturizer is thick and consistent and it seeps into my skin without leaving it oily and sticky. I usually put it on right after I've showered or washed my face. My skin gets itchy when it flakes and this calms it and the redness down.

I'm still getting used to these pads. I've been only using micellar water to clean my face and take off my makeup. Needless to say they do their job perfectly, it gets rid of any dirt or makeup on my face. The only thing I will say though is that I find the pads to be a little too soaked.

This has been a true life saver. I'm 100% in love with this product. I use this product almost every night and I'm scared of what my skin will do to me if I stop using it daily since it keeps my skin from having a snake-like shed overnight. Just like the Ultra Repair Cream, it doesn't leave my skin sticky.

A product that I should start using more. Most of their products are scent-free but this one smells of fresh oranges and it's delicious. It feels like summer even though we're in the middle of winter. It's scent added to the cooling feeling is a great product for early mornings and post-workout. It literally feels like a tall cold glass of OJ to the face and it's amazing.

My other favorite. I use this product everyday in the shower and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. As I have read in reviews, the cleanser doesn't soap as much as your usual face wash. That's because it isn't made of all the harsh chemicals that makes it look like it does in the commercials.

First Aid Beauty does some gifts sets that are extremely worth it in terms of what you get for your dollar. It's also a great way to try out the products without committing to full-size products. Definitely check them out if you're curious, you won't regret it! Sephora is the only store that carries First Aid Beauty products which you can find them all here. They also have their website where you can purchase all of their products, which you can check it out here.

Although a bit on the pricey side, compared to drug store products, it's definitely worth it and I recommend this to anyone and everyone. What are your favorite skin care products?

  3. Thank you so much for this review, I'm so glad to have stumbled upon it! I have super dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin, and lately my skincare routine has lost its magic. I will definitely keep these products in mind - my mother and sister swear by them.
