Recipe | Energy Balls

Hello lovelies! Today I come to you with a delicious and easy snack recipe! It contains very few ingredients, that you most likely already have in your kitchen, and takes about 15 minutes in total to make! What I like about these 'energy balls' is that there are a million ways for you to switch it up to your liking. You can add in cranberries/chia seeds/nuts/coconut flakes, substitute the peanut butter for almond or sunflower seed butter or even tahini!

I find that this is a great snack that I can grab on the go that actually fills me up! You can make a batch of these before mid-terms/finals season and always have a delicious snack on hand! (This recipe makes 15 energy balls.)

Here's what I used!

1. Combine oats, peanut butter, and added nuts/chocolate/dried fruit in a bowl.
2. Mix together.
3. Add banana and mix well.
4. Separate mixture into balls
5. Chill in fridge for an hour or overnight
6. Enjoy!

Let me know if you make these and also how you personalize them!
