IT'S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY



Lately we've been thinking about happiness and how it's okay to not always be okay. We wanted this post to be for those times when you're not having the best day, or for those times when you feel upset, or can't get out of bed. It's for all the moments when all you can do is focus on being upset and it affects everything around you, because honestly, we've both been there and it's not the best place to be.

We just wanted to put up a few links, quotes, tips and tricks that might help you sparse out the grey clouds over your pretty little heads. I mean, who doesn't enjoy cute puppy videos or videos of a toddler laughing so hard he falls?
