We can all agree that mornings -especially weekdays- are dreary and unpleasant but i've put together a list of things to do to make them a little more enjoyable. MORNINGS ARE JUST GREAT!!!

Wake up at the same time every day

It will be painful the first week or two but your body will soon catch on and get used to this new routine. Also, make sure you don't have to rush in the morning!

Alarm Clocks
Chose a song or ringtone that will be sure to wake you up without being too aggressive and having you wake up on the wrong foot. 

Let as much light in 
Just count to three, close your eyes and open the blinds. Today's a beautiful day!

Start your morning with a playlist
Upbeat music is a great way to be in a good mood and feel like the day can easily be conquered.

Make a game plan
Quickly put together a to-do list. It'll make you feel organized and you won't find yourself stressing over having to do mental check lists 7 times a day. 

Shower or wash your face
I find the best way to wake up in the morning is to have a shower, using a soap that has a nice clean scent, and soaking my body in cold water for a minute. If you don't have the time for a shower in the morning, wash your face or simply splash your face with cold water.

Always make time for breakfast
I will never stress this one enough. The breakfast you have -or don't have- will have a major impact on your day. Whether you go to school or work, it is important to treat your body right to make sure you can be concentrated and energized throughout the day. 

Have your caffeine fix in the morning
A cup of coffee or tea -yes, one- in the morning is a must for most people so make sure to get a big size cup and fill it up to the brim.
